1. Introduction

Welcome to yyjl, the Philippines' premier online gaming destination. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", or "your") and yyjl ("yyjl", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the yyjl website located at yyjl.org and all associated gaming services, features, content, and products (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on yyjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. yyjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on this page. 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to yyjl is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR online gaming regulations applicable to the Philippines. yyjl does not permit minors to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

yyjl reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time to verify a player's age. Accounts where the holder cannot verify their age to yyjl's satisfaction will be suspended, and any balance not derived from fraudulent activity will be returned to the original payment source.

2.2 Residency & Legal Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using yyjl is lawful in your jurisdiction. yyjl's services are directed primarily at eligible players located in the Philippines. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• It is legal for you to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• The funds you deposit are not derived from illegal activity.

2.3 Registration Process

To access real-money games on yyjl, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

yyjl may implement a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process at account creation, prior to first withdrawal, or at any other time at its sole discretion. KYC may require submission of a valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yyjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. yyjl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify yyjl immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

yyjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity that occurs on your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility unless yyjl is found to be directly at fault.

3.2 Account Verification

yyjl operates a mandatory account verification policy in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") regulations. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. yyjl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and/or close accounts where verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe after request.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. yyjl will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address prior to the account being classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱200 may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. yyjl will not apply dormancy fees that would reduce an account balance below zero.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

yyjl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. yyjl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your yyjl account in real time or within the processing time specified for the relevant payment method. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the stated timeframe, please contact yyjl customer support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. yyjl processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes to a few hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 banking days.

yyjl reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds are displayed within the account cashier section.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All transactions on yyjl are conducted in Philippine Peso. yyjl does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

yyjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. The general principles below apply to all yyjl promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise specified;
• Bonus funds must be distinguished from real-money funds in your account balance display;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Games may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements — typically slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage, and certain games may be excluded entirely;
• yyjl reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players;
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including collusion, use of multiple accounts, or use of automated betting systems to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the yyjl Platform — including slots, live casino, Tower, Plinko, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

All game outcomes on yyjl are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. yyjl does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, yyjl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the corresponding wager amounts to the affected player's account. yyjl's determination in such cases is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per session as displayed within the game interface. Bet limits may be adjusted by yyjl at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yyjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and/or reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account for the same individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates applicable AML/CTF laws;
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting schemes;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback activity on deposits made to yyjl;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yyjl staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

8. Responsible Gaming

yyjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. yyjl offers the following responsible gaming features to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose over a specified period;

• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a short period (24 hours to 6 weeks);

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the yyjl Platform — including but not limited to the yyjl brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of yyjl or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use yyjl's intellectual property for any purpose outside of your personal use of the Platform as a registered player.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, license, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any yyjl Platform content without the express prior written consent of yyjl.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yyjl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your yyjl account at the time the relevant claim arises.

yyjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if yyjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

yyjl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond yyjl's reasonable control — including but not limited to telecommunications outages, force majeure events, or acts of regulatory authorities — may temporarily affect Platform availability. yyjl will endeavour to restore service as quickly as practicable.

12. Termination

yyjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if yyjl reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

You may close your yyjl account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (less any pending bonus conditions that have not been satisfied) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

yyjl operates in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

14. Changes to These Terms

yyjl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, yyjl will endeavour to notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes — such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates to contact information — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
